Case study house

The property consists of a spacious garden surrounding a villa. The Case Study House project explores ways to densify garden structures to enable independent living spaces on the site.

As part of a generational living concept, the large villa is intended for families, while the garden extensions are designed to accommodate the older generation, who require less space.

The construction will use timber and incorporate innovative ecological insulation materials. Point foundations are planned to minimise disruption to the existing vegetation. The timber structures will be built on these foundations, allowing for future independent modifications as needed.
